its about time ive uploaded something recently and for once its not a screenshot. This is Timcanpy from the anime D.Gray-man. I was doing some fiddling with photoshop a few months ago and this was the result. at first i didnt know how i did the background but after a little more faffing i managed. hope you enjoy.
